Success Story - 1

Ms. Shashikala Prakash Doddamani aged about 21 years is a resident of Ambedkargalli,  Belgaum. She studied upto 7th Std, as she belonged to a poor family.Later,she discontinued her studies and started working at a cloth industry in Vadagaon, Belgaum to support her family economically.  She joined Home Nursing Training on 15/11/2011by the suggestion of her friends. She successfully completed her training and now she is working at Dr. Umadi Hospital, Sarafgalli, Shahapur, Belgaum and getting satisfactory salary of Rs.4500/- monthly.

Success Story - 2

Mrs. Manjula Remesh Sakheaged about 20 years resident of Banashankari Nagar, Khasabag, and Belagavi studied up to SSLC (Failed) comes from poor family and due to lack of her interest to continue her education she discontinued and got married. Husband was working in an unorganised sector; the condition of the family was poor.  Then she thought of doing something.  She joined Home Nursing Training and completed under project-III Batch-I and sought placement at Dr. Umadi. Hospital.  She is being paid rupees.7000/- salary per month.  Now she is happy that, she is contributing for the economic development of family.

Success Story - 3

Mrs. Anita. Raju. Dhage aged about 31 years, resident of Bharath Nagar, III rd Cross Vadagaon, Belgaum, studied up to 8th comes from a poor family.  She joined Home Nursing Training, completed under the project III Batch No1 and sought placement at Dr. Umadi Hospital, Saraf Galli, Shahapur, and Belagavi.  She is being paid a salary of rupees 7,000/- per month and now is leading a happy life.

Success Story - 4

Ms. Dhanashree Shamarao Patil resident of Marutigalli, Yamanapur, aged about 20 years, discontinued her education at SSLC (Failed) level comes from a poor family.  She joined Home Nursing Training under first Project first Batch and successfully completed her training ,now she is working at Dr. Niteen Shetty’s Nursing Home and is getting a satisfactory salary to lead happy life.  She remained thankful to FVTRS as well as Women’s Welfare Society, Belgaum for making her worth to run sustainable livelihood.

Success Story - 5

Mrs. Nirmala Piraji Patil aged about 21 years resident of Marutigalli, Yamanapur, and Belagavi, who failed in SSLC and was in search of job as she belonged to an economically backward family.  She underwent 4 months Home Nursing training and completed the course successfully . She joined Neela Nursing Home and  is earning a salary of Rs.4000/- per month to lead happy life.  She remained grateful to FVTRS and Women’s Welfare Society, Belgaum for giving her an opportunity of undergoing Home Nursing Training which helped her to secure better job to earn sustainable lively hood.

Success Story - 6

Mrs. Surekha M Desurkar resident of Holigalli, Kakati, and Belagavi aged about 30 years.  She studied up to SSLC.  She discontinued her education due to poverty.   God was very unfair  to her that, she lost her husband at a very young age.  Her family was facing very hard days after his death.  Then she decided to take responsibility of her family and joined  Beautician Training and successfully completed 4 months training and came out as good candidate . Now she started her own Parlour business and earning satisfactory money to lead happy life.

Success Story - 7

Mrs. Roopa Babu Badkar aged about 30 years resident of Marutigalli, Yamanapur studied up to eighth.  She expressed her interest to undergo Beautician Training; accordingly she was enrolled for Beautician Training under II project First Batch . She successfully completed her training and now she is running her own beauty parlour at her home itself.  She is getting satisfactory money and she is  feeling homely and secured in life.She remained grateful to FVTRS and Women’s Welfare Society for giving her an opportunity of undergoing 4 months Beautician Training.
